- Infringe on intellectual property — do not sell counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorised goods.
- Manipulate prices, reviews, ratings, or search results.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, sellers, or Brusite staff.
- Use the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our website, app, servers, or APIs.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest data from our platform without written permission.
- Circumvent our fee structure by conducting transactions outside the platform.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, check-in rewards, or referral programmes.
- List or purchase prohibited items as defined in our Terms of Service.
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with our Services without permission.
2. Content Standards
All content posted on Brusite (listings, reviews, messages, images) must:
- Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
- Not contain hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material.
- Not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Respect copyright and intellectual property rights.
- Not include personal information of others without consent.
3. Review Guidelines
- Reviews must be based on genuine purchase experiences.
- Do not post fake reviews (positive or negative) to manipulate ratings.
- Sellers may not offer incentives for positive reviews or threaten buyers for negative ones.
- Brusite reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Content removal
- Account warnings
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent ban
- Legal action where appropriate
