How do I place an order on Brusite?
Browse products from our verified Brunei sellers, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using Brusite Pay (wallet), bank transfer, or other available payment methods. Once your order is confirmed, the seller will prepare your items and ship them to our Brusite Warehouse for inspection.
Can I order from multiple sellers at once?
Yes! You can add items from different sellers to your cart. Each seller’s items will be processed as separate orders. All items pass through our warehouse where they can be consolidated into a single international shipment to save on shipping costs.
Are all products authentic?
Absolutely. All sellers on Brusite are verified Brunei-based businesses. Every item passes through our warehouse inspection process where we verify product condition, authenticity, and accuracy before shipping to you. If any item fails inspection, we will notify you immediately and arrange a refund or replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation before the seller ships the item. Once the item has been shipped to our warehouse or is already in transit to you, cancellations may not be possible. Check our Refund Policy for full details.
What if an item is out of stock?
If a seller cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified and receive a full refund to your Brusite Pay wallet or original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Garage Sales
What are Garage Sales on Brusite?
Garage Sales are community events where any registered Brusite user can post a sale event. You can sell second-hand items, collectibles, or clear out unused goods. Events are location-based with date and time, so local buyers can visit in person.
How do I post a Garage Sale?
Go to the Garage Sale page and click “Post a Garage Sale”. Fill in your event details — title, date, location (district, mukim, kampong), time, category tags, and optional item listings with photos. Your sale goes live immediately.
Do I need to be a seller to post a Garage Sale?
No. Any registered Brusite user can post a Garage Sale. You do not need a seller account. Just log in and create your event.
Property Rentals
What types of properties are available for rent?
You can browse houses, apartments, condos, rooms, offices, and commercial spaces across all districts in Brunei. Listings include both long-term rentals and short-term lets.
How do I enquire about a property?
Visit the property listing page and click “Send Inquiry”. Fill in your name, contact details, preferred viewing date, and message. The property owner or agent will be notified and can respond directly.
Hotels & Venues
Can I book hotels through Brusite?
Yes! Browse hotels, resorts, wedding venues, and event spaces. You can view rooms, pricing, amenities, and reviews. To book, select your dates, choose a room, and submit your booking. You will receive a booking confirmation with a reference number.
How do I check my booking status?
Go to your Account → My Bookings to view all your hotel bookings, their status (pending, confirmed, checked-in, etc.), and booking details.
Can I list my hotel or venue on Brusite?
Yes. Go to the Hotels section and click “List Your Hotel or Venue”. Submit your listing with photos, room details, and pricing. Our team will review and approve it.
Auctions
How do auctions work?
Sellers can list items for auction with a starting price, bid increment, and end time. Buyers place bids, and the highest bidder when the auction ends wins. If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the auction extends by 2 minutes to prevent sniping.
Will I be notified if someone outbids me?
Yes. You will receive an in-app notification if you are outbid. You will also be notified if you win an auction.
Is there a Buy Now option?
Some auctions have a “Buy Now” price. If available, you can purchase the item immediately at the listed Buy Now price without waiting for the auction to end.
Games & Rewards
What are Brusite Games?
Brusite Games are fun mini-games (Match, Crush, Ludo) where you can earn Brusite Coins. Coins can be exchanged for wallet credit to use towards purchases. Check the Game Hub for your stats, leaderboard, and to exchange coins.
What is the Daily Check-in Reward?
Log in daily and check in to earn Brusite Points. Consecutive daily check-ins earn increasing rewards. Points can be used towards future purchases. Visit Account → Wallet to check in and view your streak.
Payment & Brusite Pay
What payment methods are accepted?
Brusite accepts:
- Brusite Pay (Wallet) — Instant checkout using your wallet balance
- Bank Transfer — Direct transfer to our Brunei bank account
- Online Banking — Through supported Brunei banks
We recommend topping up your Brusite Pay wallet for the fastest checkout experience.
How do I top up my Brusite Pay wallet?
Go to your Account → Wallet → Top Up. Select an amount (B$10 – B$10,000) and choose your preferred payment method. Bank transfers are verified within 1–2 business hours during working days.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We do not store credit card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled through secure, encrypted connections. Your Brusite Pay wallet balance is protected by your account credentials and our security systems.
What currency does Brusite use?
All prices on Brusite are listed in Brunei Dollar (BND / B$). The Brunei Dollar is pegged 1:1 with the Singapore Dollar (SGD).
Shipping & Delivery
How does international shipping work?
Brusite uses a warehouse consolidation model:
- Sellers ship items to our Brusite Warehouse in Brunei
- Our team inspects and photographs each item
- Items are consolidated (if from multiple sellers) into one package
- We ship the consolidated package to your international address
This saves you money by combining multiple orders into a single shipment.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Popular destinations include Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, UK, USA, Australia, and the rest of Southeast Asia. Shipping rates vary by destination and package weight. Please note that some countries may have delivery restrictions — check our Shipping Rates page or use the calculator for details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Use our Shipping Rates & Calculator to see estimated delivery durations for your country. Delivery durations are managed and updated regularly, so times shown at checkout are always current.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email and in your account under Orders. You can also use our Track Order page to check your shipment status in real time.
Are there countries you cannot deliver to?
Due to logistics, regulations, or carrier limitations, certain countries may be temporarily or permanently restricted. Our shipping system will notify you at checkout if your destination is not currently serviceable. The admin team updates restrictions as needed.
What about customs and import duties?
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Brusite has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Check with your local customs office for more information.
Returns & Refunds
What is Brusite’s return policy?
Items that fail our warehouse inspection are automatically flagged and you will be offered a refund or replacement. For items that pass inspection but arrive damaged or incorrect, you can file a return request within 7 days of delivery. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I request a refund?
Go to your Orders, select the order in question, and click “Request Refund” or create a Support Ticket describing the issue. Include photos if possible. Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days.
How long do refunds take?
It depends on the refund method:
- Brusite Wallet: 3–7 business days after approval
- Local bank transfer (Brunei): 3–7 business days
- International bank transfer: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination bank and country
- Original payment method (card/PayPal): 5–14 business days
Tip: If you want a faster refund, request it to your Brusite Wallet — wallet refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Account & Security
How do I create a Brusite account?
Click “Sign Up” on our website or download the Brusite app (available for Android, iOS coming soon). You can register with your email address. Verify your email to activate your account and start shopping.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. We will send you a password reset link. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.
How do I become a seller on Brusite?
If you are a Brunei-based business or individual seller, you can apply through Account → Seller Center → Register. You will need to provide business information and agree to our Seller Agreement. Our team reviews applications within 2–3 business days.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes! Brusite is available as a mobile app for Android (download the APK from our website). An iOS version is coming soon. The app includes all features: shopping, wallet, games, rentals, hotels, and more.
Warehouse & Inspection
What is the Brusite Warehouse?
The Brusite Warehouse is our facility in Brunei Darussalam where all products pass through before being shipped internationally. It serves as a quality checkpoint and consolidation center.
What happens during inspection?
Our team checks each item for:
- Correct product matches your order
- No visible damage or defects
- Proper packaging condition
- Authenticity verification (for applicable products)
We photograph items and update your order with inspection status. If any issue is found, you are notified immediately.
How long do items stay in the warehouse?
Items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of arrival at our warehouse. If you have multiple orders being consolidated, items may be held until all arrive (up to 14 days). Items held longer than 30 days may incur storage fees.
