Account security
- Users should use strong passwords, keep credentials private, enable available verification features, and contact support if suspicious activity is noticed.
- Brusite staff will never ask for your password or full card details.
Platform safeguards
- We use access controls, HTTPS, logging, monitoring, rate limiting, fraud checks, role-based permissions, and provider security controls where applicable.
- Payment details may be handled by payment gateways and financial providers rather than stored directly by Brusite.
Reporting issues
- Report suspected vulnerabilities, account compromise, phishing, fake listings, or payment abuse to hello@brusite.com.
- Do not exploit, disclose, or access other users data while testing.
