- Availability may change before confirmation.
Cancellations and changes
- Cancellation windows, deposits, penalties, refund eligibility, check-in rules, and rescheduling rules may vary by listing and provider.
- Buyers should review the listing details before paying.
User responsibilities
- Buyers must provide accurate guest, delivery, contact, pickup, or schedule information.
- Hosts and sellers must honour confirmed bookings unless there is a valid safety, payment, compliance, or force majeure reason.
