This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Brusite as a seller. By registering as a seller, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
1. Seller Eligibility
- Sellers must be individuals or businesses based in Brunei Darussalam.
- You must provide accurate business/personal information and keep it up to date.
- Brusite reserves the right to verify your identity and reject applications at our discretion.
2. Listing Requirements
- Accuracy: All product listings must accurately describe the item, including condition, size, weight, materials, and any known defects.
- Images: Use clear, honest photos of the actual product. Stock photos are only permitted if clearly labelled.
- Pricing: Prices must be in BND and include all applicable costs (excluding shipping to the buyer).
- Availability: Only list items you currently have in stock and can ship within 3 business days of order confirmation.
- Prohibited Items: Do not list items prohibited under our Terms of Service or Brunei law.
3. Order Fulfillment
- Upon receiving an order notification, you must ship the item within 3 business days to our Brunei warehouse (or directly to the buyer if applicable).
- Provide accurate tracking information for all shipments.
- Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties, including account suspension.
- If you cannot fulfill an order, notify Brusite immediately so we can process a buyer refund.
4. Fees & Commissions
- Brusite charges a commission fee on each completed sale. Current rates are displayed in your Seller Dashboard.
- Commissions are deducted from the sale amount before payout.
- Listing products is free; there are no listing fees.
- Brusite reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days’ notice.
5. Payouts
- Seller payouts are processed after the order is confirmed delivered and the buyer protection period has expired.
- Payouts are made to the bank account registered in your seller profile.
- Minimum payout threshold: B$10.00.
- Payout processing time: 5–7 business days.
6. Seller Responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Brunei Darussalam.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction rating that meets Brusite’s minimum standards.
- Respond to buyer inquiries and support tickets within 48 hours.
- Accept refund/return decisions made by Brusite under our Buyer Protection programme.
- Do not attempt to transact with buyers outside the Brusite platform.
7. Seller Performance Standards

Failure to meet these standards may result in reduced visibility, listing restrictions, or account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
- You warrant that your listings do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Brusite will remove listings upon valid intellectual property complaints and may suspend repeat offenders.
- You grant Brusite a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your product content on our platform and promotional materials.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
Brusite may suspend or terminate your seller account for:
- Violation of this Agreement or our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Consistently poor performance metrics
- Selling prohibited or counterfeit items
- Attempting to circumvent Brusite’s fee structure
Upon termination, pending payouts will be withheld until all outstanding disputes are resolved.
