These service terms explain how Brusite services are provided across marketplace listings, seller tools, payments, support, delivery coordination, digital goods, top-ups, rentals, bookings, and other features.
Scope of services
- Services may include marketplace access, seller listing tools, buyer checkout, wallet functions, support tickets, order tracking, promotional tools, logistics coordination, and digital delivery flows.
- Some services are provided by third parties such as payment gateways, banks, couriers, hosting providers, identity tools, or top-up providers.
Service availability
- We aim to keep Brusite available, but maintenance, outages, security incidents, third-party failures, and force majeure events can interrupt service.
- We may update, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for safety, compliance, performance, or business reasons.
User responsibilities
- Users must follow instructions, provide complete information, respond to support requests, and comply with payment, shipping, product, and legal requirements.
- Sellers must not list prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, infringing, or misleading products.
